Clearly appropriate actions are better than endless talk. But are petty, knee-jerk actions better than name-calling and insults? A lesson from the Queensland government.
There's a certain level of irony in a media release titled "WOORABINDA HOUSING PROBLEMS NEED ACTION, NOT TALK" that consists almost entirely of insults and derision.
I don't think there's much more that needs to be said. It's quite depressing that Queensland funds are being used to produce such rubbish, but I guess you get what you vote for. Disclaimer: I'm in NSW, so they're not my funds or votes
